Make and attach beautiful ruffles in one simple step. This is a time saving foot, gathering one layer of fabric while attaching to another - frills in half the time! The ratio of gathered fabric is determined by the differential feed setting. Please note that gathering works best with fine fabrics - the heavier the fabric the less the gather.
